Having arranged funerals for over fifteen years I understand how upsetting & difficult it can be to make arrangements for people we love.
After arranging many traditional funerals I have also come to realize there is opportunity for a move towards Alternate Funerals.

There are many women & men (especially women) of all ages becoming more environmentally conscious & have strong feelings on how they would like to their loved ones as well as themselves have their funeral day remembered.
I was thirteen when my grandfather died and my parents thought it inappropriate for children to attend funerals. I missed the opportunity to farewell him.
A few years back now my grandmother passed away, I was to arrange her funeral.
My priority was to make her passing a joy’s occasion celebrating the amazing adventures in her 92 years.
Our two young sons and their cousins attended, Grans funeral and now are young men often recalling her beautiful day
when we all said our farewells to nana.

My name being Jannifer Love, Owner/Director of Love & Care Funerals. We are an Australian independent company that offer Traditional and Alternative Funeral Services
We are moving into a new era of great change where the Traditional Funeral in some cases are being replaced by a more environmental service reflecting on the personality of the deceased.

As well as having a service in a Church, Chapel or Cemetery Grounds, a funeral service can reflect the passions of the loved one by having the service in their happiest place, a beautiful parkland, by the beach, in his or her's club house, on a golf course, in a boat on the waters or even in their own much loved home or garden.

Whether their time here on earth was a short precious time, or a long fulfilled life, Love & Care can make it a beautiful, memorable, celebration of their life.
